Gastineau Channel Little League pennant races begin

The Gastineau Channel Little League season-ending division tournaments begin Monday in ballparks across the city. The pennant races include AAA at Mendenhall River with the 4th place Mets taking on the 5th place Reds at 6 p.m.

Juneau Chapter #7 Order of the Eastern Star and the Women of the Moose, Juneau Chapter #439 held our first Annual "Frugal Fashion Show & High Tea" held on Sept.23 at the Moose Family Center, and the event was a great success.
