Parnells to host annual Juneau picnic will members of the governor's cabinet. Previous picnics have attracted more than 3,000 people in past years.The last picnic to happen this year will be in Ketchikan from 4:30-7:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 24 at Ward Lake.
