City granted $1.2M in Aparc lawsuit

A company that sold a faulty parking system to the City and Borough of Juneau has been ordered by a court to refund the city $1.2 million after months of litigation. Unfortunately, the city will most likely never see a cent, city attorney Amy Mead said.
