Poor maintenance affects commuters

...accumulation of gravel and debris along the shoulders. It is significant from Davis Avenue to Coogan Drive. This creates a hazard for those who commute by bicycle and also deters people who are thinking of commuting by bicycle. Steve Kocsis Juneau

Lemon Creek bike route needs cleaning

...vehicles. Note that a bicyclist is not protected by a metal cocoon. I hope that at least the shoulder lanes will be painted. In the best of all possible worlds the broken pavement will be fixed and the shoulders swept often. Steve Kocsis Juneau

...Montana Creek Road, some drivers take exception and use their vehicles to attempt to intimidate them to use the path. Alaska law states that bicyclists have all the rights (and responsibilities) that go with being a road user. Steve Kocsis Juneau
