ANCHORAGE - When Helen McNeil went to rent space at the Spenard Community Recreation Center for the Alaska Native Sisterhood's celebration of Elizabeth Peratrovich Day, she was told, ``We've never heard of your organization.'' McNeil, president of ANS Camp 72, shook her head and grinned.
