Brandilynn Sue Lee and Ethan Allen Billings, both of Juneau, will be married in a ceremony planned for 6 p.m., June 30, at Northern Light United Church. A reception will follow immediately at the Juneau yacht Club. Friends and relatives are invited to the reception.
