In front of an audience of nearly 700 activists representing 48 states, Canada, Puerto Rico, Australia, Japan and Guam, Juneau's Monique Barteaux was honored for outstanding work contributing to Mothers Against Drunk Driving's mission to help save lives, prevent injuries and serve victims.
