...nothing better to do than come up with stupid laws. Why build another track and field in the Mendenhall Valley that is less than two miles from the $800,000 one we already have? And they wonder why voter turnout declines. Doug Cooper Juneau
Start with slower speed limits

...visit a friend. The cost of safety for kids and general public should not be an issue. A short-term and money-friendly fix would be to slow traffic in the area so that kids on bikes can make it to another day of school. Doug Cooper Juneau
Safer crossing needed
