People who have never tried the Care-A-Van are encouraged to call the Senior Information and Caregiver Resource Center at 463-6177 (or, outside of Juneau, (866) 746-6177 which is toll-free in Alaska). The Resource Center staff can help complete the one-page Care-A-Van registration form and explain how the Care-A-Van works.If a passenger has already signed up for Care-A-Van through the Senior Information Office, they can call in their reservation as soon as they know they'll need the ride and the Care-A-Van staff will already have the information they need to schedule the ride.
